2. Information we handle
The information available to FeedSync depends on the features you use, the accounts you connect, and the permissions you approve.
- Account information: identifiers, profile names, and contact details such as an email address, where provided or made available through your approved permissions.
- Connected account information: if you connect Facebook or Instagram, information about authorized profiles, Pages, posts, media, and related engagement or analytics, where required for the features you choose and permitted by Meta.
- Connection credentials: access tokens and permission details needed to maintain an authorized connection.
- Support information: the content and contact details you send us when asking for help or requesting deletion.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the FeedSync features you request, connect authorized accounts, maintain those connections, resolve support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Data obtained through Meta is used only within the permissions you grant and applicable Meta platform terms.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate, host, secure, or support FeedSync. This policy website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you connect a social account or use a connected feature, information necessary for that action is exchanged with the relevant platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or when you specifically authorize us to do so. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the features you use, maintain authorized connections, resolve requests, or satisfy legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and connection credentials.
When information is no longer needed, or you make a verified deletion request, we delete it unless a legal obligation requires limited retention. If any information must be retained, we will explain the reason when responding to your request.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You can withdraw connected account permissions through the relevant platform settings. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your FeedSync information by emailing abdulrrehsmawala@gmail.com. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the request relates to your account.

7. This website and third-party services
These policy pages do not include app sign-in, tracking scripts, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information to deliver the pages and prevent abuse. Facebook, Instagram, Cloudflare, and your email provider have their own privacy policies for information they handle directly.
8. Policy changes and contact
